Easy Bake Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 rack of baby back or st louis cut ribs (about 3 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup mustard dijon or yellow
  • 1/2 cup bbq rub seasoning
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • BBQ sauce (your favorite sauce)

Directions

  • Prep the Ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better tenderness.
  • Season the Ribs: In a bowl, mix the rib rub and brown sugar.
  • Coat with Mustard: Rub mustard all over the ribs—this helps the seasoning stick and tenderizes the meat.
  • Add the Rub: Sprinkle the brown sugar and rib rub mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs, pressing it in with your hands.
  • Bake: Place the ribs on a lined baking sheet, meat side up. Cover with foil (completely wrap the ribs) and bake at 350°F for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Broil: Remove the foil, baste with plenty of bbq sauce and cook at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes to get a nice caramelized finish.
