The food truck is owned & operated by The Pizza Cave. It is open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The food truck’s hours mirror the tasting room’s hours. Made to order food options for everyone, vegetarian, gluten free, and of course those of us who love a good pizza or charcuterie board.

Spring Barrel Tasting - April 18th

Spring Barrel Tasting – April 18th

Our second annual Spring Barrel Tasting will be an amazing behind the scenes tasting experience with the people who make the wine. They will be pulling wine out of the barrel for you to taste various “wines in the making” from our most recent harvest. This 3 hour experience will include a wine glass, light bites and of course, wine out of the barrels. The winemaker and owner will provide information about the harvest, our wine barrel aging program, and a sneak peak at how our wines are progressing.

Join Mike, Tim and Vinny in the cellar to go through this unique tasting experience and taste the 2025 vintage wines as they begin the aging process!
