Kick off your summer with Michael Ros and Chef Joe for a Spanish themed Wine Pairing Dinner on May 7th at 6pm. Chef Joe and our winemaker, Tim will lead you through this amazing 4 course dinner that has been specially curated to pair with our award winning wines.

1st Course:

Pimientos del Piquillo Rellenos (stuffed cherry peppers)

2023 Sangiovese Rosé

2nd Course:

Patatas Bravas (light fried potato cubes with a spicy red sauce)

2021 Sangiovese 

3rd Course:

Chicken Paella

2020 Tempranillo

4th Course:

Tarta de Santiago (Almond Cake)
