Must be over 21 years old to be a Michael Ros Wine Club Member. By signing up for wine club membership you are confirming you are over 21 and agree to a 1 year commitment (4 allocations) and all Membership terms.

Credit cards will be stored on file in each member profile and charged in advance of each shipment and is non-refundable.
The winemaker will choose bottles for each wine club shipment. Members have the opportunity to change out bottles in the quarterly wine club shipment if chosen by a specific date prior to shipment. Email communication to members will provide details on the change window prior to each shipment.
If you choose to have your wine shipped, an adult signature is required. You may want to consider sending it to a business to ensure a person 21yrs+ can sign for your package. Unreported change of address, returned packages, and redirected packages will result in additional fees and applicable shipping charges which will be passed on to the Member. If you prefer to pick up your wine, you may do so however any wine that has not been claimed for 45 days after the date that the credit card on file has been charged will be shipped to the address on file.
Credit cards will be securely stored in your member profile and charged on the processing date of each shipment – this charge which will happen after you have received the two e-mail reminders is non-refundable.
Cancellations may occur after 1 year (4 allocations). If you cancel prior to receiving 4 allocations, all discounts received will be charged back to the Member. All wine club cancellations MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club release. You will receive an e-mail reminder the month prior to your shipment prompting you to update your wine club information.
Given the limited quantities of wine set aside especially for our wine club members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.
